Each of these coffees possess characteristics representative of the region and, although not blends, are interesting in their own right. Blue Forest, an heirloom typica variety, is grown semi-wild in the mountains of Haiti, a rare and historical coffee as it comes from an unaltered line traced back to the first plant cultivated outside of Ethiopia. What’s more, Blue Forest is the only Haitian coffee in America, of specialty grade.
Sweet, Fruity, Refined and Legendary. Best results using french press or espresso.
