Why You'll love it:
On her small 5 acre farm, Maria Victoria has spent the last 10 years perfecting her coffee production process. The result is the highest quality El Salvadorean coffee available, offering an unparalleled sweetness evocative of stone fruit and chocolate confections.
Story of the Bean:
Maria Victoria married into coffee 10 years ago through her husband, who was born into a coffee-growing family. Managing Finca El Escorpion, Maria focuses on the most sensitive aspects of production, drying and processing, to ensure that the coffee's most delicate flavors are fully expressed. Maria's exacting specifications bring us a clean and complex coffee with vivacious fruit flavors balanced by nut and chocolate characteristics.
- La Colombe
This coffee is wonderful!! Both my husband and I love it. If you want a coffee that is full of flavor but not too bold, this is it.
Rich smooth taste. Some of the best coffee ever. Never dissapointed with Todd's coffee.
So far my favorite coffee, is delicious and smells divine, I’m from El Salvador. So proud of this beans!!
So well-rounded. Sweet on it's own! Could drink this all day!
Juicy and Floral
This is now my favorite coffee from La Colombe. On par with Ethiopia Ardi. A very fruit-forward and floral cup with just enough dark chocolate backbone to keep things balanced. AMAZING on espresso, which brings out an slight chickory bite in the chocolate notes.
