Story of the Bean:
Maria Victoria married into coffee 10 years ago through her husband, who was born into a coffee-growing family. Managing Finca El Escorpion, Maria focuses on the most sensitive aspects of production, drying and processing, to ensure that the coffee's most delicate flavors are fully expressed. Maria's exacting specifications bring us a clean and complex coffee with vivacious fruit flavors balanced by nut and chocolate characteristics.
- La Colombe
This is the best coffee I have ever made at home. I have a lot of favorites from La Colombe but this one is my favorite. Just ordered more. Thank you!
Caramel tones. Delicious.
Incredibly smooth and addicting subtle flavor.
I usually only like dark full bodied black coffee. When I rec'd this coffee black, my first reaction was its really smooth, but not a lot of flavor. But, as I drank it more and more, I began to love the super smooth taste. Then the flavor came out and it is now one of my top two coffee choices along with Papua New Guinea. Both are incredible.
