Story of the Bean:
The Arias farm sits on ancient volcanic soil in the high planes of Llano Bonito. This fertile landscape and the masterful technique of Danilo Salazar Arias has yielded a phenomenal example of rich and full bodied Costa Rican coffee.

Mr. Arias was raised on a coffee farm in the West Valley. After 50 years of cultivating coffee, he retains a passionate approach to producing high quality cherry. His attention to detail allows him to evenly dry this selection in a thin layer of fruit which gives it an exceptionally clean and refined flavor. From a pastoral Costa Rican valley and through generations of experience, San Ramon delivers the delicate flavors of fruit blossom in a refreshingly sweet brew.
