Guatemala - La Hermosa Natural
Guatemala - La Hermosa Natural cupping notes: Dark Chocolate, Raspberry Wine, Rose Water
About Guatemala - La Hermosa Natural
Why You'll love it:
La Hermosa’s fruit wine sweetness and indulgent chocolate notes are impossible to resist. Harvesting from only world-famous Pacamara coffee plants, the producer spends up to a month drying these ripe coffee cherries to ensure their fruit flavors are fully expressed.
Story of the Bean:
The greatest coffee in the world is grown in volcanic soil and Guatemala is the land of volcanoes. Max Perez grows his coffee at Finca La Hermosa between two active volcanoes and takes painstaking care to reap all the benefits of that perfect environment. The rich earth and clear sky of that sun-drenched farm are reflected in the intensity and depth of this juicy and satisfying offering.
“From the land of volcanoes comes a coffee born out of volcanic soil. With a flavorful mixture of chocolate and fruit notes including hints of rosewater, this coffee is truly special.” - Todd Carmichael, CEO & Co-Founder
