Story of the Bean: Myanmar has been undergoing a period of democratization and opening trade with the world, and coffee can facilitate this. This lot marks their first-ever specialty coffee export, grown in the village of Min Paung.
Min Paung harvests tea from March until November, fitting perfectly with the coffee harvest (December to February). These are the first-ever specialty beans from Myanmar, with unique flavors that speak volumes about this country’s coffee potential.
