When we say Corsica’s our signature blend, we mean it. It’s been on drip at our cafés—and some of America’s finest restaurants—for over 30 years. Corsica is deeply roasted, comfortingly chocolatey, and perfect straight up or with a splash of milk.

5 pound bag $66 very happy love to purchase again at that price

I love the flavor of the coffee. It’s so delicious. I like Starbucks too, and I normally buy that these are the two I go by, but this is so good. I’d buy it again and again.

    Corsica vs nizza

Different , the Corsica is less bitter and punches thru milk a whole lot better in a latte. Did enjoy the nizza but Corsica is a better roast for me.

Would be a 5 if you still had the french press grind!

I love this coffee and truly will keep buying it, but I would be much happier if you brought back the French press grind!

    Our favorite roaster!

We love La Colombe! We have La Colombe set up on auto ship, and the full flavor of Corsica makes our morning!
