Since then, we’ve been obsessed with perfecting it. Every iteration, including our famously frothy latte, served on tap at our cafés — brings us one step closer.

This everyday latte's built for everyone. We source lactose-free whole milk from dairy farms just a few miles away from where we make our lattes. Then we froth it until it's silky-smooth—exactly like at our cafés.

Not all sugars are created equal. We use whole milk's natural sugars and can sugar for a daily latte that's just the right amount of sweet.

We’ve updated the design and color of our Vanilla RTD latte to blue, a color often associated with dairy, to convey the creamy, balanced vanilla flavor you can expect when drinking a La Colombe Vanilla latte.
By adding lactose-free whole milk, the total, natural sugar from the milk is slightly increasing. We are decreasing added sugar to create a balanced, coffee-forward beverage.
Our updated formula no longer includes fiber. La Colombe customers come to us for craft, café-quality coffee they can enjoy anywhere, and we’ve elevated our cans to deliver the best taste and texture that evokes the café experience. We believe fiber isn’t a key driver in the RTD coffee category, and this update ensures our lattes reflect what our fans value most: great coffee.
