All I can say is, ever since enjoying NIZZA at a cafe in NH...there was no turning back for me...I am so grateful that I can receive my coffee through the mail! I have no desire to even try a different roast...I love this one so much.

    Grind settings

    I finished using an older bag of Nizza coffee and decided to buy a couple larger bags of Nizza coffee. Unfortunately the new coffee requires very different grind settings. Difficult to get the pressure good.
