How does a free trial work?

Do I need to have an account with to access membership?

Yes! Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to create an account (or sign in to your existing account). Be sure to use the same email address that was used when purchasing your membership. This is how you will be able to manage your membership.

How do I become a member?

Add the membership to your cart and go through checkout (like any other purchase). After checkout, you’ll receive an onboarding email that explains how to access member benefits.

Is the membership fee a recurring charge?

Yes. Members pay $44 for the year for access to the membership program. The membership will auto-renew annually until you decide to cancel. You can cancel your membership’s auto-renewal at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at help@lacolombe.com.

There are no termination fees or hidden costs associated with cancellation, though all purchases of the membership are final. If canceled, your membership will still remain active through the current billing period.

Can I pause my membership?

No, we do not support pausing or skipping your membership at this time. However, you can cancel and rejoin the membership at any time.

How do I redeem cash back?

At checkout, you'll see any credit available in your account. You can choose the amount you'd like to redeem and your credit balance will automatically be deducted when you complete checkout.

How does cash back work for members with a subscription?

Subscribers who are Members will earn cash back on all their subscription orders. Cash back can only be redeemed at store checkout and cannot be used on recurring subscription orders.

Do my store credits from cashback ever expire?

Store credit expires after 180 days. Use your store credit within the half-year of earning it to ensure you maximize this benefit.

How do I access my free shipping benefit?

All purchases of the membership are final and cannot be returned or refunded. If canceled, your membership will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Does member free shipping apply to international orders?

No, free shipping benefit does not apply to international orders. Only orders shipping to the contiguous United States are eligible for member free shipping. Members who are outside the US will still have access to the other membership benefits.
