Terms and Conditions: $500 E-Gift Card Sweepstakes
(Win a Year’s Worth of Draft Latte)
Eligibility:
1.1. The $500 E-Gift Card Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who sign up for email and SMS marketing on lacolombe.com ("Participants").
1.2. Participants must be legal residents of the United States and be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
1.3. Employees, representatives, and agents of La Colombe Coffee Roasters (LCT OpCo LLC), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
Entry Period:
2.1. The Sweepstakes will run from Monday 4/8/24 till Sunday 5/21/24 as determined by La Colombe Coffee Roasters ("Promotion Period").
2.2. The exact start and end dates of the Promotion Period will be communicated through lacolombe.com and other promotional channels.
How to Enter:
3.1. To enter the Sweepstakes, Participants must sign up for email and SMS marketing on lacolombe.com during the Promotion Period.
3.2. Only one entry per Participant is permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
Winner Selection:
4.1. One winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
4.2. The winner will be notified via email and/or SMS within seven (7) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
4.3. If the winner fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification or does not meet the eligibility criteria, an alternate winner may be selected at La Colombe Coffee Roasters' discretion.
Prize:
5.1. The winner will receive a $500 E-Gift Card only redeemable at lacolombe.com.
5.2. The E-Gift Card is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.3. Any expenses, including but not limited to taxes, associated with the use or acceptance of the E-Gift Card are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Publicity Release:
6.1. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participants grant La Colombe Coffee Roasters the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions:
7.1. La Colombe Coffee Roasters reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
7.2. La Colombe Coffee Roasters reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
7.3. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participants agree to release and hold harmless La Colombe Coffee Roasters, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
7.4. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Privacy:
8.1. Personal information collected from Participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the Sweepstakes or as required by law.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of La Colombe Coffee Roasters, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
