Frogtown in Los Angeles began as a collection of Mexican-American communities within Chavez Ravine in the early 20th century and is now a burgeoning center for art, culture, and community. This carefully blended coffee, roasted in small batches, showcases what incredible coffees from disparate origins can create when combined. It pays homage to a neighborhood that is as diverse as it is rich in culture.

This coffee is fantastic! Wonderful flavors, and no bitterness! Bravo! Please keep this one on your list!
Decent, but Unoriginal, Coffee
Frogtown is a pleasant-enough roast, and is better than many coffees I've had. But it falls short of what I've come to expect from La Colombe. The reason for this is that I found Frogtown to be rather bland. It doesn't have any unique flavors that grab my attention, even though I tried it using three different brewing methods (moka pot, French press, and Turkish). This wouldn't be a problem if Frogtown came from an average roaster, but it doesn't: it comes from La Colombe. Most of their coffees are full of attention-grabbing flavor, and I'd recommend nearly all of them over Frogtown.
Frog town Review
What a great coffee..smooth and rich, but not harsh.
Another fantastic coffee
You think you had the best and it just keeps getting better with La Colombe Coffee.
Smoothest coffee I have ever had. Perfect to drink black. Absolutely no bitterness or harsh flavors. I personally like to ruin my coffee with creamer and I noticed that I don't need to add nearly as much to this coffee because the flavor is already so good by its self. This was a nice gem in our subscription box!
