Smooth, sweet, with no harshness

I make just one cup of coffee per day, and so it's like a morning ritual for me. I decided to try this new coffee from La Colombe. It is a very fine coffee with no harshness. A smooth and sweet medium roast. Highly recommended for those not wanting a bitter or harsh coffee.

    Brewed in my Fellow Aiden brewer. A cup of serenity, these beans are very well cultivated and roasted. Some of the best I've enjoyed from La Colombe

    Another weird tasting and smelling coffee. Can't even explain what this tasted like. Something has happened to their process or bean procurement.

    Good substitute for New Yorker

    Overall very good and balanced flavor. Not quite as good as my favorite, New Yorker, but a good substitute since that's no longer available.
