My go-to for the past 6 years
I've tried other coffees for my morning Chemex, but always come back to Nizza. Its the best, full bodied, rich and smooth.

We dont get fresh roasted anymore
I have a subscription for Nizza, but the roast dates are never consistent, which is really frustrating. Most other coffee shops roast the beans around the time you place your order, so you’re getting fresh beans. With La Colombe, it feels like a complete free-for-all. Sometimes I’ll get a bag that was roasted a month or even two months ago. That pretty much defeats the whole purpose of buying fresh roasted coffee.
