Bowery - This chocolatey and organic blend is inspired by The Bowery; the heart of a city where up-and-comers go to come up. 

Colombia San Roque - Nizza’s the iconic medium roast behind every espresso we make at our cafés. We named it for Nice—a French city famous for its honey—because of its sweet, nutty notes.

    Was a little disappointed to see the was no roast date, just a best by date that suggested one of the bags was at least a month old. Maybe I was wrong to assume, but generally when I order direct from the roaster, I'm used to seeing a roast date (and one from within the past week).
