Four Ways to Brew Liberty Blend at Home

From your classic morning drip to a cold brew float worth raising a glass to.
Liberty Blend Drip Coffee
Servings: 2
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 5 tbsp (30g) Liberty Blend Ground Coffee
- 2 1/2 cups (480g) filtered water
Recipe:
- Add 5 tbsp (30g) of coffee to your drip machine's filter basket.
- Pour 2 1/2 cups (480g) filtered water into the reservoir.
- Brew & serve immediately.
Liberty Blend Cold Brew
Servings: 4
Prep Time: 16 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (~135g) La Colombe® Liberty Blend Ground Coffee
- 4 cups (~960g) cold filtered water
Recipe:
- Add 1 cup (135g) coffee to a large jar or pitcher and pour in 4 cups (960g) cold water. Stir until all grounds are saturated.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (16 hours).
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter into a clean jar. Discard the grounds.
- Add equal parts of the concentrate to water or milk!
Tip: Keeps in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. If you’d like an iced liberty latte—pour ¼ of concentrate in a glass with ice and top with milk.
Liberty Blend French Press
Servings: 2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 5 tbsp (~30g) La Colombe® Liberty Blend Ground Coffee
- 2 cups (480g) hot filtered water, just off the boil
Recipe:
- Rinse the French Press with hot water to warm it up, then discard.
- Add 5 tbsp (~30g) coffee to the press, then pour in 2 cups (480g water). Stir gently to saturate all grounds.
- Steep for exactly 2 minutes 45 seconds.
- Press the plunger down slowly and steadily. Pour immediately and enjoy.
Liberty Blend Cold Brew Float
Servings: 2
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup (180g) La Colombe® Liberty Blend Ground Coffee (see Cold Brew recipe)
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup ice
- 2 tbsp whipped cream (optional)
Recipe:
- Add ice to a tall glass or mason jar.
- Pour cold brew concentrate over the ice, filling the glass two-thirds of the way.
- Gently place vanilla ice cream on top.
- Serve immediately with a long spoon and wide straw.
