Story of the Bean:
Hijo Del Sol is produced by the Unión de Ejidos y Comunidades San Fernando, a cooperative of over 1,400 smallholder farmers, which is focused on producing high quality beans and improving farmers’ livelihoods. These coffee beans are fully washed and laid out to dry on sun-drenched patios, bringing a clean, refined characteristic to this unique roast.
